For recurring tasks we would like a quarterly, semi annual and annual added. That would help our technicians stay on top of inspections.

I would like this feature too. Currently monthly is the greatest inspection interval, but in my industry inspections could be quarterly, semi annually, annually, or even on a 5 year inspection rotation.
