Android Release - 2603.1.0
Enhancements & Fixes:
- Resolved an issue where users would receive a persistent “Currently Processing Photos” error alert when attempting to save records that included images captured on the device. Pressing Back during photo processing no longer causes the alert to become permanently stuck.
- The maximum number of displayed record links has been increased to 1000, improving stability and sync reliability for forms with large record link sets
- The delete, duplicate, edit, and rotate buttons in sketch edit mode have been redesigned with a modern grouped toolbar pill layout, providing a cleaner and more cohesive editing experience.
- A new “Synchronize Sketches” setting has been added with options for Always, WiFi Only, and Never, giving users control over when sketch attachments are uploaded to the server.
- A new “Save to Gallery” setting for sketches allows users to automatically save a copy of their sketches to the device photo gallery when saving a sketch.

Enhancements & Fixes:
- Added a new button to place and move points in Target Mode for a more intuitive experience.
- In Target Mode, users can now tap on any point or vertex to select it, which automatically centers the map on that location.
- Fixed an issue where tapping a sketch field occasionally did not navigate directly to markup mode. The keyboard is now dismissed before the sketch editor is presented, ensuring the tool picker is visible immediately.
- Updated record action copy from “Delete” to “Remove” to better reflect that the action removes the record from the device rather than deleting it from the server.
- Added search functionality to the sketch background selection modal.

!With the Fulcrum Power Automate Connector, you can bridge the gap between field operations and your back-office systems. Whether you need to update a SharePoint list, notify a team in Microsoft Teams, or sync data with ArcGIS, you can now build these automated workflows without writing any code.
What’s possible with the new connector?
By using Fulcrum as a trigger or an action within Power Automate, you can:
- Automate Notifications: Send instant alerts via email, Slack, or Teams as soon as a high-priority inspection is synced.
- Sync with GIS & Databases: Use Power Automate as a bridge to push Fulcrum record data into ArcGIS or SQL Server.
- Generate Documents: Automatically trigger the creation of a Fulcrum PDF report and save it directly to a specific folder in OneDrive or SharePoint.
- Manage Resources: Create or update Fulcrum records based on activity in other enterprise tools like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
How to get started
Ready to automate? Log in to your Microsoft Power Automate account, search for "Fulcrum" in the Connectors tab, and authenticate using your Fulcrum API key.

Web Release Notes (Feb 26 - Mar 4, 2026)
Enhancements & Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where images in the web app experienced delayed loading and displayed an incorrect upload error message when editing records in Quick View mode. Images now load immediately without showing temporary error messages.
- Fixed an issue where repeatable entry locations could not be selected or moved on the map when their coordinates overlapped with other repeatable entries or the parent record location.
- The forms API endpoint now supports a “status” parameter for filtering forms by active, inactive, or all statuses.
