Successful Sync Notification

This is essential when you're trying to help people on site. You ask them to do something, and they say they can't see the record you're talking about. They tell you have 'sync'ed and try again: still no good.
Not having this has cost us considerable support time recently, where we are asking surveyors to sync frequently on site, where their data connections are not always brilliant.
I would go further and ask that the mobile user can easily access the 'last full (successful) sync time'. With that information, they will know immediately if their problem is down to not having the latest records and updates.
