Want to see if it is possible, when an Issue is submitted from the QR code, can we create a task and then a Good Catch Near Miss and have the pictures and all the information transfer each time. Currently each action, Issue, Task and Near Miss/Good Catch, seem to each be separate things. We see a huge benefit in incorporating this because:

1. Being an end user this would help in the ease of use completing each issue/task

2. More likely to encourage employees to use the QR code in the future

3. We have bye in for our Corporate Executive team for this product and they recognize the value and encourage things to be as user friendly as possible.

Bottom line, we are trying to make things as easy as possible for our employees, from initial reporting to follow up and we feel this would be a huge step enforcing that process.
