I've been using the app on an older Chromebook and it's much easier to edit long, existing records there. For example, you can choose multiple items in multiple choice fields without needing to remember to hold the control key while selecting. If I accidentally forget to hold the ctrl key when re-editing an entry, I end up losing my previous selections.
The app keeps closing with my new Chromebook. I've tried resetting everything, deleting and reinstalling the app with no luck. However, it did work on this Chromebook for a little while. I've also tried disabling extensions, etc., also with no luck.
Needing to use the web app makes editing long reports much more tedious and takes longer than using the Android app rather than saving time (the reason I switched to Fulcrum in the 1st place). Typing long comments into a phone, is just not workable. I've been told that Chrome isn't supported although a number of people try to use the app there. I switched to using a Chromebook because of its simplicity and ease of resetting it if system problems do occur (a major time saver). Thank you for considering this.
