Can a permission be created to allow an admin to give a member access to only view and use a group but not be able to manage a group i.e. not be able to create a group, add apps and members etc. Currently the only way a person will see groups is if you click the manage group permission giving them those rights.

This would be useful allowing members to see and use the group function in their dashboard but no management rights.

Giving members access to view and use groups (not manage) will allow members to have a different dashboard relevant to that group.
