API Reference for AU Instance

It would be very helpful for anyone using Fulcrum's AU instance to have an AU version of the API reference page in the Readme/Docs. Currently, API tokens from the AU Fulcrum account will not work in testing API Calls as the URLs are not for that instance.

You can update the URL to "https://api.fulcrumapp-au.com" in the code and then this will point to AU servers
