Enhancement & Fixes

Addressed performance issues that users were experiencing when uploading more than 40 photos at once from the gallery.
Records now auto-save as they are being filled out. If the Fulcrum app is closed before saving the record, the unsaved record will be auto-saved as a draft record.
General fixes and improvements.

* We utilize phased roll outs of our application which means there will be times where not all users are on the latest version. To see what version of the application you are on, check the settings view for your current Fulcrum App version.
