Enhancement & Fixes

We have updated our sync model to automatically remove records that have been reassigned to another user or to a project the mobile app user does not have access to. When a record is reassigned and the mobile app user loses access, the record will now automatically be removed from the device during the next sync.

* We utilize phased roll outs of our application which means there will be times where not all users are on the latest version. To see what version of the application you are on, check the settings view for your current Fulcrum App version.
