Shared Views and Workflows - available to more than just Owners?

Shared Views and Workflows should be accessible to other roles besides just “Owner”. Since it is the owner creating the custom roles, it would be up to the owner's discretion to assign these permissions and responsibilities to a trusted colleague.
Our Project Managers want to use this feature to inform our clients and show the power of Fulcrum. To have to have the owner be the bottle neck each time is very limiting.
If this can’t be done, can we limit the other Owner features for certain Owners?

Nisha Menon we have recently added Shared Views to the user permission "Change Organization Profile". We are still assessing the next round of changes for workflows.
