Hyperlink from designer view to record view, and opposite

Enable a toggle button on the designer page to quickly open up the record/map view. On the map view (if an Owner or Manager Role) have a button to toggle to the designer view.
Currently, you have to click out to the main menu then scroll to find your app, then select the view option. 
It is nice while developing apps, to quickly toggle back-and-forth between these core view settings.

With one button, users can now go directly between the designer view and the record view, and vice versa.

Currently to navigate from one or the other you need to go to the apps page and find the app again. Why is there no button directly in the editor to the records and vice versa?
